World Vision provides rapid response in emergency relief situations, as well as implementing long-term development projects.

  • Relief Programmes respond to humanitarian emergencies by providing food, shelter, primary health care, trauma counselling, reconstruction, tools and seeds for agriculture recovery.

  • Development Programmes focus on community development, health (including HIV/AIDS), water / sanitation, agricultural extension, micro-finance / enterprise development, unaccompanied minors and street children.

Requirements - At least one year's International experience in sectors such as emergency response, disaster mitigation, community development, programme management, proposal writing / donor liaison, finance, commodities or logistics management, health, water / sanitation, food security, agriculture, micro-enterprise, construction /engineering, IT, media / communications, or personnel management.
