'Where do you start?' and 'What can you do?'

These are the most common questions we are asked. A lot will depend on you, your circumstances, desire and motivation. Most people call or email the first charity that springs to mind. In most cases these are well-known agencies who have a high public profile. Many people are referred to us from Oxfam, the Red Cross, CAFOD, etc and perhaps that's how you found us.

Simply we are the only specialist charity providing information about opportunities in Development. We provide relevant information to inform you about your options, these will connect you with the right agencies and will enable you to contribute.

You have started a voyage of discovery finding out how you can volunteer or work overseas and we can help you.

World Service Enquiry has over 30 years experience of talking to people just like you. Below you will find a simple list showing our relevant services and publications. If you want to know more you could send a short email to wse [at] wse.org.uk
